It is no coincidence that Rotshuizen Geense was the first law firm in the Netherlands that , acquired the ISO certificate. That was in 1995. Since then, the standards have only gone up. Regularly, an evaluation ,according to established procedures, takes place in order to determine that we meet the latest quality standards of ISO9001:2008. The certificate is not an end in itself, but it forces us to critically and continuously look at the effectiveness of our office organization and services. With the aim of improving this further and further.
Moreover, we ourselves commission independent surveys every three years in order to gauge how clients value our services. Different aspects are discussed . Such as competence , transparency , effectiveness , commitment , accessibility, efficiency and pricing. The results of this study will be used to further improve our services.
