Today the defense presented a notice of objection against the restrictions, which imply amongst others that my client may not have any contact with her family and friends and is not allowed to follow the media.
In the notice of objection a whole lifting of the restrictions – and should this not be possible – a partial lifting of the restrictions is requested. This notice of objection will probably be handled by the Court in Chambers of the District Court Leeuwarden on Wednesday 25 August 2010. I will be present at this hearing on behalf of my client.
